1. Acceptance
By using any Thealphabotz software, bot, or website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. The services
Thealphabotz operates Telegram bots (Sira, Alpha File Share, Kawai Music, others) and ships open-source libraries (ReviJs). They're provided free of charge, as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use our bots or tools to harass, spam, distribute copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to revoke access without notice for misuse.
4. Open source
Source code released by utkarshdubey2008 is licensed under MIT unless stated otherwise in the repository. The MIT license governs your use, modification and redistribution of that code.
5. Third-party platforms
Our bots run on top of Telegram. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms. Outages, rate limits and platform decisions outside our control are not our liability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thealphabotz and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on @Thealphabotz. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
